Join Red for eight weeks of guided body-based explorations, as you acquire skills to gain a clear felt sense of who you truly are – and what stories you are embodying, consciously or otherwise. You will learn how to work with and have agency over your movement and gestures to be more exquisitely adaptable with whatever life brings. Noticing how all of life is movement, and through bringing attention to it, the shapes and forms you make ripple outwards, touching and moving others, too. With this greater awareness you will go forth, moving through the world, taking your place in the exquisite symphony of all things.
